This estate is dominated by an imposing manoir type house which is used for the commercial operations(reception of clients, tasting and offices) of the estate with a small lawn and trees to front and to the rear a courtyard with the winery operations contained in these biuldings.

Average age of vines is 35 years with the grape mix being Merlot 63% Cabernet Sauvignon 27% Cabernet Franc 10% Average 4,400 plants per hectare.

Prior to 2007 the vineyard was operated with minimal chemicals, but at present, is in the transition period to be classed as ORGANIC from 2010.

Wine is sold partly for export, internally to the catering trade, consumers and to supermarkets.

Annual production in the region of 95,000 - 100,000 bottles.

Improvements to the business could include further drainage works to the lower part of estate and re-planting to increase the vines per hectare from 4,400 to 5,500-6, 000.

Also possible to rent more land in area.

At present there are 4 workers and another one employed part-time.
